Job Position – Collection Officer

-Handle daily collection activities and follow up with customers for outstanding payments
-Communicate with customers to negotiate and agree on repayment plans
-Demonstrate decent knowledge in negotiation and tracing
-Handle customer queries related to payments and resolve issues professionally
-Meet assigned collection targets and contribute to overall team performance
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education
-Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
