Minimum Qualifications & Requirements:
-7+ years of relevant experience with a degree or diploma (Experience in ADNOC tendering standards is a plus).
-Strong expertise in logistics and oilfield-related tenders.
-Proficient in tender preparation, contract management, and commercial practices.
-Advanced analytical skills with experience in commercial analysis.
-In-depth knowledge of market trends and logistics operations in the Oil & Gas industry.
-Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
-Fluent in English (spoken, written, and reading).
-Tech-savvy and adaptable to specialized software.
