Job Position – Multi Technician

Hiring for an experienced to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance works across multiple building services.
Perform basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, civil, carpentry, masonry and general maintenance works.
Troubleshoot and rectify faults related to electrical systems, plumbing fixtures, air conditioning, and other building services.
Carry out minor repair and maintenance works including lighting, switches, sockets, water fixtures, sanitary fittings, and basic HVAC components.
Assist specialized technicians during maintenance, repair, and installation activities.
Conduct routine inspections of building facilities and report any defects or abnormalities.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency breakdowns. • Ensure all maintenance activities are completed safely and in accordance with company procedures.
Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in good condition.
Complete maintenance checklists and service reports and communicate technical issues to the Supervisor. Requirements:
Minimum 3–5 years of UAE/GCC experience in building maintenance or facilities management.
Good practical knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, civil, and general maintenance works.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve general building maintenance issues.
Experience working in commercial and residential buildings is preferred. • Ability to use basic hand tools and maintenance equipment safely.
Good knowledge of health and safety procedures.
Good communication skills in English (Arabic/Hindi/Urdu is an advantage). • Valid UAE Driving License is preferred.
