Job Position – Commercial Operations Officer
Company Name – Fidelity United
Dive into a pivotal role overseeing policy operations and ensuring quality standards are met. As a key member of operations team, you’ll manage commercial lines of business including processing policies, endorsements, monitor incoming requests, manage the overall SLA, publish reports, and more.
Responsibilities include:
Managing policy creation and invoicing, which includes processing transactions in various CRMs as per the SOP.
Ensuring accuracy in data processing.
Monitoring and closing all the tickets within the SLA.
Overseeing error-free documentation and taking corrective action.
Keeping internal trackers updated.
Reporting system-related issues and collaborating with IT.
Requirements:
Proficiency in insurance systems like IIRIS, PREMIA, etc. CRM, CFLOW, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Customer-centric approach and accountability.
Minimum 2 to 3 years’ experience in a commercial line of business, preferably in operations or production.
