Job Position – Concrete Casting Site Administrator
Company Name – Lamirada Contracting
Job Responsibilities:
– Concrete Delivery Monitoring:
– Oversee the delivery of concrete to the site.
– Verify concrete quality and ensure it meets specifications.
– Organize and manage concrete delivery notes and other related documents.
Concrete Pouring Record:
– Maintain accurate pouring records, including details of time, quantity, and placement.
– Ensure that all necessary documentation is completed and filed.
Test Requests and Follow-up:
– Send test requests to third-party laboratories as per project requirements (e.g., compressive strength, slump tests, etc.).
– Follow up on all test reports from third-party providers.
– Ensure timely receipt and review of test reports, making sure all testing meets regulatory standards.
Timekeeping:
-Record and manage daily time sheet for staff and workers on-site, ensuring accuracy for payroll and project tracking.
Daily Site Report Preparation:
– Prepare daily site report activities, progress, and any other relevant details.
– Include key information such as labor and equipment usage and any incidents or delays.
Skills & Qualification
*Experience:
– Previous experience in concrete casting, construction, or a similar role.
– Familiarity with concrete mix designs, pouring procedures, and quality control.
Technical Skills:
– Proficient in handling concrete delivery records, pouring logs, and other construction-related documentation.
– Knowledge of construction safety protocols.
– Ability to liaise with third-party testing laboratories.
– Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) for record-keeping and reporting.
