Job Position – Construction Foreman

Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day site construction activities for high-rise residential and commercial tower projects.
Direct and coordinate site labor teams, chargehands, and sub-contractors to maintain daily operational productivity.
Ensure all civil and structural works—such as formwork, rebar installation, concrete pours, and blockwork—align strictly with approved shop drawings.
Enforce site safety standards, PPE requirements, and HSE protocols in coordination with the safety department.
Monitor materials delivery, tool availability, and equipment usage to ensure efficient site progress without delays.
Report daily site progress, labor productivity, and potential technical bottlenecks directly to the Site Engineer and Construction Manager.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Diploma or Trade Certificate in Civil Engineering / Construction Management (or equivalent practical site experience).
Experience: Minimum 5–8 years of direct site supervision experience in civil construction in the UAE.
Mandatory Requirement: Proven track record of working on High-Rise Building Projects in the UAE.
Skills: Strong practical understanding of high-rise structural methods, concrete works, formwork systems, and architectural finishes.
Excellent site leadership, workforce management, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills in English and Hindi/Urdu to manage multi-cultural site labor efficiently.
