Job Position – Construction Manager
Company Name – PLC Contracting
To lead the daily on-site technical execution of projects.
In this role, you will:
-Plan, coordinate, and supervise all construction activities
-Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
-Work closely with Project Engineers, Foremen, and QHSE teams to maintain safety and compliance
-Drive excellence in every stage of construction
About You:
– 12–15 years of experience in heavy civil or marine construction. (Minimum 5 years of experience coordinating complex structural scopes such as dewatering, cofferdams, and precast erection—preferably in the UAE or GCC region)
– Proven leadership in structural works involving precast bridge systems, culverts, or marine interfaces
