Job Position – Contact Center Supervisor

Qualifications:
-3-5 years UAE experience in call center or contact center supervision
-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
-Strong knowledge of performance metrics, team leadership, and customer service best practices
-Fluency in English and Arabic is a must
-Ability to manage a team and collaborate across departments
-Familiarity with CRM systems and call center technologies is a plus
-Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business, Communication, etc.)
