Job Position – Contracts Coordinator
Company Name – JC Maclean International
-Assist Contract Administrator in Contractual matters.
-Knowledge in FIDIC type contract
-Knowledge in claim management of FIDIC type contract
-Provide invaluable support by assisting in a variety of routine contract-related tasks, meticulously ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the contracts department.
· Take ownership of managing subcontracts and sub-consultancy agreements, meticulously overseeing the entire lifecycle of these agreements from negotiation to execution, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and regulatory requirements.
· Maintain a meticulously organized system for all contract-related documentation, ensuring proper filing and easy accessibility for future reference, contributing to efficient contract administration and compliance.
· Skillfully draft a range of contract-related documents, including Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), agreements, and other legal instruments, meticulously ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant legal and regulatory frameworks.
· Effectively communicate with international departments, meticulously providing substantiations and collaborating on contract-related matters to support cross-border operations and initiatives.
· Proactively monitor and track contractual deliverables across respective projects, meticulously ensuring adherence to key milestones and timelines, and preparing comprehensive reporting to stakeholders on project progress and contract performance.
