Job Position – Contracts Manager

This role is critical to ensuring contractual integrity, risk mitigation, and legal compliance—particularly within the construction industry. The ideal candidates will possess a strong background in contract management, demonstrate sound legal judgment, and have excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
-Review, draft, and revise contract terms, legal notices, and official correspondence.
-Identify and evaluate legal and commercial risks, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal frameworks.
-Lead contract negotiations with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
-Assess and manage contract variations and propose appropriate modifications.
-Maintain consistency in contract execution and ensure all documentation aligns with internal processes and regulatory standards.
-Collaborate with internal departments to support operational goals and minimize legal exposure.
-Ensure all contractual records are accurately maintained, executed, and securely archived.
Candidate Requirements:
-Fluency in Arabic and English (both written and verbal) – mandatory.
-Strong understanding of commercial and contractual law, especially within the construction sector.
-Demonstrated experience in reviewing and managing client contracts, templates, and document markups.
-Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple contract workflows simultaneously.
-Proven ability to assess legal risk and offer commercially viable, legally sound solutions.
-Prior experience in the UAE construction industry is highly preferred.
