Job Position – CRM Manager

Hiring a CRM Manager at Roberto’s Dubai in DIFC, a leading luxury hospitality destination. Are you passionate about customer engagement, data-driven marketing, and creating exceptional guest experiences? We are looking for a commercially driven CRM Manager to lead our customer engagement, loyalty, and retention strategy while driving reservations and revenue growth.
What You’ll Do:
– Lead our CRM strategy and guest engagement initiatives.
– Manage targeted campaigns across Email, SMS, WhatsApp, and outbound calling.
– Drive guest reactivation, retention, and reservation conversion.
– Analyse customer behaviour and campaign performance through dashboards and reporting.
– Lead a team of Guest Engagement Executives.
– Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Sales, IT, and Guest Relations to enhance the guest journey.
Requirements:
– Minimum 3 years’ CRM experience within luxury hospitality or premium food & beverage.
– Experience managing CRM platforms, customer databases, and engagement campaigns.
– Strong analytical, commercial, and project management skills.
– Leadership experience managing customer engagement or call centre teams.
– Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
– Experience with AI-enabled reporting and CRM analytics is an advantage.
