About the job

 

Beko Gulf is looking for a Customer Care Executive who will work for Beko Gulf Team.

 

  • Handling of Customer Care KPI’s, field escalations and trade satisfaction
  • Follow up and support spare parts & call centre operations for speedy repair and customer satisfaction
  • Possess excellent interpersonal skills that can be put to good use while interfacing with clients for ascertaining requirements and delivering need-based service solutions
  • Utilise SAP order management system to process customer orders, complete order changes, and monitor compliance of all assigned accounts
  • Knowledge of spare parts demand planning
  • Good in Microsoft excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Technical knowledge of Home Appliances products desirable
  • Experience in conducting Product Trainings and Soft skill trainings a plus

QUALIFICATIONS

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical Engineering
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in After sales service support in UAE or GCC region
  • Having experience in conducting Product Trainings and Soft skill trainings a plus
  • Having experience in SAP order management system is a plus
  • Knowledge of spare parts demand planning
  • Technical knowledge of Home Appliances products desirable
  • No restriction for travelling
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in English
  • Thinking broadly about business
