Job Position – Customer Care Executive
Company Name – Vasaneye

Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle patient inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions
2. Provide accurate information about services, appointments, and procedures
3. Manage appointment scheduling and follow-ups
4. Address patient concerns and ensure high levels of satisfaction
5. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth patient experience
6. Maintain proper records of patient interactions and feedback
7. Assist in front desk operations when required
Requirements:
1. Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a healthcare or hospital setting
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
3. Professional, empathetic, and patient-focused approach
4. Ability to multitask and work under pressure
5. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with scheduling systems
6. Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
