Our leading health industry clients are looking to hire a MOSTLY REMOTE Customer Happiness Specialist who will contribute towards high customer retention and satisfaction by providing proactive support, resolving issues via phone, email, or chat, and building emotional connections with clients.

This role requires strong empathy, communication, and problem-solving skills to turn inquiries into positive experiences.

Key Responsibilities
– Proactive Support: Engage with customers to anticipate needs and prevent issues, rather than just reacting.
– Issue Resolution: Handle complaints, troubleshoot problems, and provide accurate, timely solutions.

Required Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Soft Skills: Strong empathy, patience, and active listening.

Technical Proficiency: Ability to use CRM tools and live chat systems.
