Job Position – Customer Program Manager

Expertise:
– College/University degree or equivalent plus 4-6 years related experience in a project management environment in comparable industry; ideally (not required) in an IT/Telco centric organization
Project Specific: Resource is required to support big migration program for large customer in Germany. Position will require the availability after business hours to support changes within the infrastructure.
Skills: Very good communication skills, leadership skills, very good organizational skills, decision-making, additional knowledge about change management,
Competencies: Being able to work in a dynamic and complex environment, cooperate with multiple stakeholders and organize the work of migration teams, ability to work under pressure.
Certifications: Preferred PMP/ITIL v4
