Job Position – Customer Service Administrator

Must be in: Dubai
Salary: AED 5000 – 5,500
Will be responsible for serving as the first point of contact for customers, handling customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key accountabilities & Tasks
Administrative:
issuance of IOC and agreement documents as per customers’ application requirement Organize and maintain case related documentation on proper systems/ files, as per date
Review daily workflows and cases received from the front office team and coordinate for any missing documents if needed for printing of the NOC
Manage department’s daily email inquiries and assign to respective staff, ensuring it is closed within SLA
Check for new customer ownership and customer information details and timely update Nakheel records
Submit any report or log required by the senior for daily or pending cases
Communication:
External Customers: Contact customers to update regarding their documents and/ or missing information needed
Internal Customers: Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer cases are closed timely and effectivelv
Report any issues to the management
Qualification, skills, experience:
Fluency in Arabic language is a must
High school diploma with previous customer service experience of at least 1-2 years
Attention to detail
Good communication, time management and organization skills
Ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment
