Job Position – Customer Service Agent

Will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience with our products or services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for customer satisfaction, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
1. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat.
2. Provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, and availability.
3. Assist customers with order placement, payment processing, and shipment tracking.
4. Resolve customer complaints or concerns in a timely and effective manner.
5. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor for resolution.
6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
7. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to customers.
8. Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends.
9. Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
10. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
1. High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
2. Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
5. Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM software.
6. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
7. Problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
8. Adaptability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment.
9. Empathy and patience when dealing with challenging situations.
10. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
This is a full-time position based in Dubai, Al Quoz. Salary and benefits will be commensurate with experience.
