Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
– Proficiency in Arabic (spoken and written).
– 1-3 years of relevant experience in customer service.
– 1-3 years of exchange house experience in customer service.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
– Handle assigned customer calls, chats, emails, and service requests efficiently.
– Provide accurate, complete, and timely information to customers and address complaints professionally.
– Coordinate effectively with internal departments, branches, customers, banks, and service providers to ensure prompt issue resolution.
