Job Position – Customer Service Agent

Requirements:
Fluent in both Arabic and English (spoken and written) – Mandatory
2–4 years of customer service or call center experience
Experience in the transportation, mobility, logistics, ride-hailing, or technology industry is preferred
Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
