Job Position – Customer Service Associate
Male Candidate- Omani Citizen
To join team and support our customers across multiple communication channels.
Responsibilities:
-Handle inbound (IB) and outbound (OB) customer calls
-Respond to customer inquiries via email and live chat
-Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution
-Provide accurate information about products and services
-Maintain proper records of customer interactions in the system
-Follow company policies and service standards at all times
Requirements:
-Languages: Arabic, English, and Urdu (mandatory)
-Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
-Strong verbal and written communication skills
-Ability to handle difficult customers calmly and professionally
-Good problem-solving and multitasking skills
-Basic computer knowledge and CRM experience
-Omani nationality preferred
-Male candidates preferred
