Job Position – Customer Service Executive

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer and patient inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
• Provide clear and accurate information about services and appointments
• Resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner
• Maintain and update customer records using CRM systems
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
• Ensure a positive and consistent customer experience at all touchpoints
Requirements:
• Proven experience in a customer service or front-desk role
