Key Responsibilities
– Handle customer enquiries via WhatsApp, phone and email
– Book appointments for lab tests, IV drips and home healthcare services
– Provide information about our services and packages
– Coordinate with internal team for smooth service delivery
– Ensure good customer experience and follow-ups

Requirements
– Good communication skills (English, Arabic or Hindi/Urdu an advantage)
– Basic computer and WhatsApp usage
– Friendly and professional attitude
– Reliable and self-motivated
– Prior customer service experience is a plus (not mandatory)
