JOB SUMMARY
Seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Service Executive to join our team at City Exchange. The role focuses on assisting clients with foreign currency exchanges, remittance services, and other financial transactions. The ideal candidate will deliver excellent service, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain high levels of integrity, accuracy, and professionalism.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION
– Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
– Previous experience in banking, financial services, or customer service, preferably in exchange/remittance operations.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– High attention to detail and accuracy when handling financial transactions.
– Proficiency in basic computer applications and familiarity with CRM or financial software systems.
– Understanding of currency exchange regulations and compliance standards (preferred).
– Professional, courteous demeanor with a customer-first approach.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY
– Greet and assist customers in person, over the phone, or via email in a professional manner.
– Accurately process foreign currency exchanges, remittance, and money transfer transactions.
– Provide clear and correct information on exchange rates, service fees, and financial services.
– Handle and resolve customer complaints or queries promptly and effectively.
– Maintain accurate transaction records and customer interaction logs.
– Ensure adherence to company policies, AML regulations, and compliance requirements.
– Work collaboratively with the team to enhance service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
– Follow up with customers regarding pending issues, transactions, or required documentation.
