BELOW ARE SOME OF THE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Responsibilities:
Manage key client accounts for exports & door delivery shipments.
Collaborate with team members and customers to ensure seamless operations.
Provide support to the field sales team and address customer concerns proactively.
Act as a focal point for customers, documentation, and operations teams.
Additional Tasks:
Coordinate with carriers for bookings and obtain necessary documentation.
Monitor bookings, resolve disputes, and handle after-sales support.
Facilitate cash requisitions and VAT-related processes.
Arrange insurance and seal/stationary requirements
