Job Position – Customer Service Executive
Company Name – Accel HR Consultancy
An American multinational management consulting services company based in Dubai.
Responsibilities
? Process 80-100 customer orders daily and deliver within 30 minutes.
? Ensure 100% data entry accuracy & delivery of correct reports by following customer service SOPs.
? Respond to customer queries promptly.
? Perform 80% non-voice and 20% voice customer servicing.
? Handle customer complaints and escalations with appropriate resolutions in a professional manner.
? Engage in work-related correspondence with other company offices.
? Follow up with customers on relevant and related to report deliveries, and all sorts of clarifications.
? Perform QC task daily.
? Attend relevant trainings as per advice.
? Ensure 100% customer satisfaction and protect the company brand at all times.
Required Skills & Personal Attributes:
? Good English communication skills, both verbal and written.
? Proficiency in MS Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Education and Experience
? At least a graduate, preferably Commerce, Business Administration/Management Graduate (a must)
? 1-2+ years of experience in client servicing/customer services

Language required: Tagalog, English
