Job Position – Customer Service Executive

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Seeking a dedicated Customer Service Executive to join our client’s team. This role involves close coordination with customers, overseas partners/agents, and local vendors to ensure smooth shipment processes.
Key Responsibilities:
– Coordinate with customers, overseas partners/agents, and local vendors once shipments are confirmed.
– Regularly follow up with agents to get timely updates on shipments.
– Send proper and timely updates to customers regarding their shipments via email.
– Ensure compliance with internal SOPs and KPIs for efficient job closures.
– Assist the pricing team with requests and adjustments.
– Close files immediately after shipment delivery to maintain smooth workflow.

– Strong communication and organizational skills.
– Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
– Proactive approach to problem-solving and shipment tracking.
