Roles & Responsibilities:
-Invoice Submission
– Coordinate with Customers
– Preparing delivery schedules
– Invoice generation
– Handle customer complaint report
– Customer Sample Request
– Customer Feedback
– Order Receiving
– Live Customer Handling
– Cash & Cheque Collection
– Online Payment receiving
Qualifications & Skills: –
– Minimum 02 years of Experience in
Customer Service
– Min Education Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree
in Accountings or Administration
– Having the full command on MS Office.
