Job Position – Customer Service Officer – Logistics & Freight Forwarding
Qualifications and Experience:
– Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
– Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service within the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
– Strong understanding of freight forwarding processes, including air, sea, and land transportation.
– Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) systems and logistics software.
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
– Strong problem-solving and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure.
– Familiarity with international trade regulations and documentation (e.g., B/L, AWB, commercial invoices).
