1.Previous work experience within a customer service focused position.
2.Previous experience of working within in a client-facing environment, i.e. Reception/ concierge.
3.Professional communication skills.
4.Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
5.Proven organization skills ability to prioritize and multi-task.

Desirable
1.Previous experience within another serviced office provider or other service related industry.
2.Degree or equivalent within hospitality or business.
