Job Position – Customer Service Representative

Warehouse/Supply Chain Experience

– Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and problem-solving.
– Handle incoming customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and other channels.
– Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely fulfillment.
– Coordinate with the warehouse team to manage inventory levels, track shipments, and resolve order discrepancies.
– Provide customers with order status updates and resolve any issues that may arise.
– Collaborate with sales and operations teams to improve customer satisfaction and process efficiency.
– Utilize CRM and warehouse management systems to manage customer data and track order progress.
– Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Job Requirements:
– High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree preferred.
– 3-4 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a warehouse or supply chain environment.
– Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and order fulfillment processes.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.
