– Should have a strong communication skills

– Experience in Emails and Chats in Professional and timely manner.
– Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
– Handling and resolving customer complaints on offered services.
– Adhering to all company policies and procedures.
Job Requirements:
– Strong Communication skills.
– Bilingual – English & Arabic Speaker.
– Ability to work in Rotational shifts.
– Candidates should be available to join Immediately.
