Job Position – Customer Service Representative

Duties and Responsibilities:
-Greet incoming customers professionally and assist them with knowledgeable support.
-Maintain a tidy reception area to create a positive impression of the company.
-Manage inquiries from clients, vendors, and the general public with excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
-Greet all guests warmly and provide prompt assistance.
-Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a team-oriented environment.
-Respond to all guest questions and requests efficiently.
-Handle Lost and Found operations meticulously.
-Guide visitors smoothly to their destinations.
-Address customer complaints with professionalism and patience.
-Safeguard the company’s assets and spaces.
Salary : AED 6,500/month
