Job Position – Customer Service / Sales Representative
Job Type: Full-Time – 6 days a week – Sunday off
This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in both call center operations and sales, who thrives in a customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Interaction: Handle customer inquiries and issues with professionalism, ensuring high-quality service via phone, email, and chat.
Sales Expertise: Proactively identify customer needs, upsell services and products, and contribute to meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Issue Resolution: Employ problem-solving skills to address customer concerns, ensuring satisfactory outcomes.
Product and Service Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of auto services and products to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
Data Management: Accurately record customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the company’s database.
Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with Administrator and other departments to ensure a cohesive customer experience and meet sales objectives.
Feedback and Improvement: Collect customer feedback to continually improve service quality and sales techniques.
Requirements
– Experience: At least 1 years of experience in a call center environment, with a proven track record in sales.
– Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficient in using computer and phone systems.
– Education: High school diploma or equivalent
– Personal Qualities: Customer-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
