Job Position – Procurement Executive – JOINERY & BUILDING MATERIALS

Availability: Immediate Joiner Preferred
Looking for a skilled and motivated Procurement Executive with a background in joinery, interior fit-out, and building materials to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
– Source and procure joinery materials, hardware, fittings, and building materials.
– Identify, evaluate, and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
– Negotiate competitive prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
– Request and compare quotations, prepare purchase orders, and follow up on deliveries.
– Coordinate with project, production, warehouse, and site teams to ensure timely material availability.
– Ensure materials meet project specifications, quality standards, and budget requirements.
– Maintain accurate procurement records and supplier databases.
Requirements:
– Proven experience in procurement within the joinery, interior fit-out, or building materials industry.
– Good knowledge of MDF, plywood, laminates, veneers, timber, hardware, fittings, and related materials.
– Strong negotiation, supplier management, and coordination skills.
– Proficiency in MS Excel and procurement/ERP systems.
– Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
