Job Position – Customer Service Specialist

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree is required (Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or any related field is preferred).
Experience
Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.
Experience handling customer inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and Google Maps is preferred.
Experience using CRM systems is an advantage.
Technical Skills
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including:
-Basic formulas
-Sorting
-Data analysis
Strong computer literacy and the ability to work with internal systems and communication platforms.
Ability to prepare and analyze customer service reports when required.
Language
-Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
