Job Position – Commercial Kitchen Designer
Company Name – SNOVAC AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEMS
-3+ Years of Relevant Experience – Candidates with experience in commercial kitchen design, layout planning, and kitchen equipment specifications are preferred.
-HAP Software Knowledge – Experience with HAP (Hourly Analysis Program) for HVAC load calculations and cooling load estimation will be an added advantage.
-Commercial Kitchen Layout & Design – Knowledge of commercial kitchen layouts, equipment positioning, workflow planning, and space optimization.
-Technical Drawings & AutoCAD – Proficiency in AutoCAD, preparation of technical drawings, kitchen layouts, and equipment layouts.
-Equipment Selection & Specifications – Understanding of commercial kitchen equipment, including cooking equipment, refrigeration, exhaust hoods, ventilation, and associated systems.
-HVAC & Ventilation Knowledge – Understanding of kitchen ventilation, exhaust systems, fresh air requirements, and coordination with HVAC systems.
-BOQ & Material Planning – Experience in BOQ preparation, equipment schedules, technical specifications, and material quantity estimation.
-Coordination & Communication – Ability to coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure accurate design delivery.
-Immediate Joiners Preferred – Candidates who can join immediately or are serving a short notice period will be preferred.
