Minimum Criteria:
University Degree (Attested)
1 to 2 years’ experience with at least 1 year of relevant call center experience
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
Knowledge of Microsoft windows
OTHER DETAILS :
Gender: Preferably Females (males can be recommended also).
Nationality: East/West European and Russians-preferably
Work Location: Abu Dhabi – Corniche.
Total Fixed All-inclusive monthly salary = AED 7,125/- (unnegotiable)
(Basic: AED 2,000/- Housing: AED 500/- Transport: AED 500/- Others: 4,125/-).
Weekly working days = 6 days per week (rotating day-off).
Daily working hours = 9 hours per day.
