Job Position – Cyber Security Analyst

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing Security Operations Center (SOC), ensuring the protection of our IT infrastructure, systems, and data from cyber threats. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong understanding of security technologies, incident response, and risk management, particularly within the real estate and property management sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
SOC:
Internal coordination with teams based on SOC alerts and advisories.
Act as the primary point of contact between Al Barakah Investment Holding Group companies and IT Department.
Ensure SLAs (Service Level Agreements) are met and report on SOC performance.
Develop and maintain incident response plans and playbooks.
Threat Analysis and Intelligence:
Analyze security alerts and provide detailed reports on threat trends and emerging threats.
Leverage threat intelligence to enhance the company’s security posture.
Compliance and Risk Management:
Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability assessments.
Collaborate with internal teams to address identified security risks and vulnerabilities.
Develop, review, and update security policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Ensure all security policies are effectively communicated and enforced across the company.
Training and Awareness:
Develop and deliver security awareness training for employees.
Promote a culture of security awareness and best practices within the company.
Reporting and Documentation:
Prepare detailed security incident reports and maintain incident documentation.
Continuous Improvement:
Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies.
Identify opportunities for improving the company’s security posture and SOC service effectiveness.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH) are highly desirable.
Experience: 2 to 4 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on incident response, threat analysis, and security monitoring. Experience managing relationships with Managed SOC providers is a plus.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency with security technologies such as SIEM, EDR, IDS/IPS, and firewalls.
Salary Range: Up to 5,000 AED based on experience and qualifications.
Accommodation: Company-provided accommodation for eligible or needy candidates.
Pay: Up to AED 5,000.00 per month
