Job Position – Data Analyst
Company Name – CTC DWC
Location: Sharjah
With experience in the insurance domain, data migration initiatives, and Master Data Management (MDM). The ideal candidate will support large-scale transformation projects involving policy, claims, underwriting, and customer data while ensuring high data quality, integrity, and governance standards.
Required Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in data science, Computer Science, Statistics, Finance, or related field
-4–8 years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in the insurance domain
-Strong SQL skills (e.g., Oracle Database, Microsoft SQL Server, , MySQL)
-Experience in data migration projects (ETL, mapping, reconciliation)
-Hands-on experience with Master Data Management concepts and tools
-Strong understanding of data governance and data quality frameworks
-Knowledge of insurance regulatory requirements and compliance standards
-Proficiency in Excel and data analysis techniques
-Knowledge of visualization tools will be an added advantage
