Job Position – Datacom Customer Support Engineer

We request:
• More than 5 years’ experience on IP carrier network.
• Strong and motivated, responsible and initiative personality
• Solution focused
• Customer focused and good communication skill
• Open minded
• English speaking and writing (French is PLUS )
Technical experience and educational background needed:
• Familiar with Routing protocols , routers , SW and firewalls (Windows, Linux, Unix)
• Familiar with MPLS , MPLS l2/L3 VPN , IPSEC solution
• Knowledge of Core data com networks and ISP environment
• Strong troubleshooting skills (able to analyze debug outputs and logs)
• More than 5 years’ work experience in system integration or telecommunication will have priority .
• Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunication, Electronics or Computer Science
