Job Position – Desktop Support Engineer

Location – Dubai
Salary:- 2.5K to 3.5K AED
Immediate to 15 days (MAX)
Minimum 2 Year experience
Technical knowledge – Handling end user devices issues ( like laptop, desktop, printer and office related software and mainly O365 knowledge)> Must have knowledge for
ITIL Process and ITSM
> Tool – Must to have worked on ticketing tool like ( Remedy, ServiceNow, ManageEngine, etc)
> Good Communication Skills
