Job Position – Desktop Support Engineers
Company Name – Getronics
With the following skillsets:
• Provide professional services in all aspects of day-to-day IT Operation, with primary focus on the desktop layer. This includes problems resolution, problems escalation and incident management.
• Work closely with the Customers’ IT team to ensure the smooth running of operations in order to support the main business function.
• Adhere to Customer’ IT policies and migration procedures as well as Customer’ corporate procedures.
• Handle ad-hoc IT projects from time-to-time.
• Take responsibility when assigned with core duties as appropriate.
• Interaction with Clients/Contractors with IT support provided as per contractual obligations.
• Perform PC inventory.
• Basic server and networking support.
