1) Planning Engineer – Apply Here
2) Façade Designer
-Create accurate technical drawings and plans using CAD software (Façade)
-Work closely with production and engineering teams to understand project requirements.
-Provide input on design and fabrication methods, Ensure that drawings are in compliance with company and industry standards
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical design issues
-Participate in the design review process to ensure that projects are completed to meet customer specification.
-Ensure technical resources are managed effectively by working closely with production and projects teams.
-Escalate any potential issues to the Engineering/Technical Manager before they become problems, and work with them to resolve
-Develop designs for new products.
-Review and enhance designs for existing products
-Manage documentation of both new and revised designs.
-Understand the project requirements and develop high quality designs accordingly.
-Develop design layouts for complex projects using Computer Aided Design tools.
-Develop primary sketches and models for final selection of product designs.
-Review designs and provide recommendations.
-Select materials, engineering standards, and generic parts for product designs.
-Present designs to clients and internal teams clearly.
-Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions.
-Develop product information packages including drawing specifications
-Good knowledge of Curtain wall, doors , windows, pergola, minimal sliding system, etc..
Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
Minimum 5 years Experience in Façade and Aluminum industry.
Degree or diploma holder of mechanical / Civil / Structural Engineering or Building Design (Architectural) .
Fabrication/Assembly drawing knowledge
Preparing 2D & 3D Autocade drawings which include, concept drawings, shop drawings and fabrication drawings.
