Job Position – Device Support Technician

An International software & AI business and seeking for an experienced Device Support Technician.

Qualification:

• At least 1-3 years of experience
• Hands on capability of installing and fixing of hardware issue
• Smart and diagnosis capability for hardware failure
• Knowledge of Camera and Printing experience is highly preferred
• Basic knowledge of application and software configurations
• Flexibility in scheduling to accommodate hardware maintenance after regular business hours is vital.

Responsibility:

• On-site Riding Camera/Printer/other device Incident support and trouble-shooting
• Ride Camera/other device installation and routing maintenance/service request
• Routing application proactive maintenance with Prometheus
• Periodically SLA and incident status reporting
• Application deployment and configuration
• Device and Hardware Server installation and monitoring
