Prior Digital Marketing experience as a Manager/ Senior role in Advertising/ Marketing Agencies is mandatory.

Responsibilities:
• Analyze and evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
• Improve the brand’s online presence and search rankings
• Execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email campaigns, social media advertising etc ·
• Show the marketing managers and content leads the implementation of the strategies to foster organic site growth of event and media publishing sites.
• Work with the performance marketing agency to brief about campaigns, optimize spending and gather learnings from continuous testing and learning.
• Be responsible for campaign reporting, testing, and improvement with a focus on conversion rate optimization to improve channel performance and increase show attendance.
• Work with various stakeholders and provide data-driven insights and recommendations, by collaborating with multiple internal and external departments, including data and analytics, agencies, show marketing managers, etc.
• Continuously research audience and market needs along with marketing managers.

Requirements:
• In-depth understanding of the digital marketing mix.
• A Bachelors or post-bachelors degree in Marketing or related field.
• Knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, SEMRush, Ahrefs, etc.)
• Hands-on experience in running ad campaigns, setting up and optimizing social ads, through Instagram, Facebook, Google Adwords, Tiktok, LinkedIn etc.
• Excellent Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop skills.
