About the job

In this role, you will drive Sales Activities across the Middle East. The main objective of this role is to define & deliver outstanding digital consumer experiences, as part of the overall marketing strategy and plan. This role will lead the implementation, testing, and optimization of digital marketing investment to drive purchase of our products and clients’ lifetime value, across all digital channels.

Sales Manager – Responsibilities: 

  • Identify the target audience for this company and create deep market research to understand customers requirements
  • Prospect new clients and generate leads to close business
  • Prepare Sales Reports
  • Monitor customer’s insights and benchmark competition to adjust strategy accordingly
  • Follow market, trends, and competition and experiment with new mechanics
  • Work closely with the internal design team to create brand assets and communication elements for the brand
  • Work closely with our digital marketing team and media buying team to create a relevant plan for each campaign
  • Develop marketing and sales strategies to ensure ROI and maximum market penetration, and continuous sales opportunities
  • Business Development, identify sales leads, pitch services to new clients and maintain a good working relationship with new contacts.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Fluent in English and being bilingual is an advantage
  • Should possess the knowledge of SEO, Digital Marketing campaigns.
  • Bachelor in marketing and communication, advertising, or business management
  • 2 -3 years marketing or communication/advertising experience in a creative agency or client-side
  • Dynamic, enthusiastic and pro-active
  • Willing to do whatever it takes to get things done
  • Good organization skills, deadline-oriented
  • Excellent creative and strategic skills / thinks about the business objectives creatively
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Very passionate, energetic, and presentable
