Job Description:
Dimension Landscapes LLC is a leading landscaping company specializing in creating beautiful, sustainable outdoor spaces for both residential and commercial properties. We are seeking a professional and organized Document Controller with minimum 02 years of previous experience in the landscaping or construction field to join our dynamic team. If you have a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and a passion for managing project documentation, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
– Organize and maintain physical and electronic files for landscaping projects, contracts, invoices, permits, and other essential documents.
– Ensure proper filing and version control of all project-related documents.
– Assist in preparing project reports, proposals, and presentation materials.
– Coordinate with the team to ensure timely submission and tracking of documents and permits.
– Assist with the archiving and retrieval of documents as required for ongoing or completed projects.
– Support project managers, field teams, and office staff in managing documentation for landscaping projects.
Qualifications:
– 02 years of previous experience in a document control role within the landscaping, construction, or related industries.
– A degree in business administration, project management, or a related field is required.
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and document management software.
– High attention to detail and accuracy in managing documentation.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with a diverse team.
