Job Position – Document Controller
Company Name – Monolith
You will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient management and organization of documents and records. You will work closely with various departments and teams to maintain an accurate and up-to-date document control system.
Key Responsibilities:
-Receive, record, and file all incoming and outgoing documents.
-Organize and maintain both electronic and hard copy documents.
-Ensure that all documents are correctly labeled, indexed, and archived.
-Track document revisions and maintain version control.
-Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper document flow.
-Assist in document retrieval for internal and external audits.
-Ensure compliance with document management policies and procedures.
-Provide support in the implementation and maintenance of document control software.
-Assist in training team members on document control best practices.
Qualifications:
-Proven experience as a Document Controller, preferably with UAE experience.
-Knowledge of document management software and systems.
-Strong organizational and time management skills.
-Attention to detail and accuracy are critical.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
-Proficiency in MS Office
-Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations is a plus.
Location: Musaffah, Abu Dhabi
UAE Experienced Required
