Job Position – Document Controller
Company Name – Al Mazrouei
To join team in Ajman office.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and organizing all real estate related documents and maintaining an effective document control system.
Responsibilities:
-Managing and maintaining an organized system and documentation related to real estate.
-Organizing all company documents, including physical and electronic files.
-Develop and implement file index for each property.
-Ensure all list of properties and documentation are complete and up to date.
-Ensure all documents related to tenants are complete.
-Ensure all real estate-government related documents are up to date.
-Reviewing tenancy contract to ensure the correct details.
-Collaborating with the group to ensure complete, timely and accurate documents update.
-Providing timely reports to Director of Real Estate.
Requirements and Skills
At least 2 year’s work experience as a Document Controller or similar role in UAE.
Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree
Hands-on experience with MS Office.
