Vacancy – Documentum application support.
Job Description –
• Ensure availability of applications is in line with agreed SLAs.
• Perform quality assurance check on the deliverables of the supplier
• Create, maintain, manage, and update documentation as required.
• Actively engage in capacity planning
• Subject to occasional call or on-site support outside the working hours to provide consultation related to application failure or to perform application deployment Work Experience Requirements
• Minimum 7 years of overall application support experience Licensure /
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or another relevant field.
• Diploma from higher educational institute Skills and Competencies
• Solid understanding of multiple tier application architecture
• Exp. with large scale enterprise-level systems
• Knowledge of the recent web service technology (Java Web-Services, BPEL Interfaces, etc.,)
• Solid understanding of web application technologies
• Knowledge of Middleware technologies (Weblogic, JBoss, Tomcat, IIS)
• Good knowledge of service-oriented architecture (SOA) and enterprise application integration (EAI) concepts
• Good knowledge of Linux (Redhat, Oracle Linux), Windows (2008+)
• Good Knowledge of SQL
