Job Position – Draftman

Qualification: Diploma in computerized drafting/Civil Engineering
Experience: 5 years experience in UAE (Fitout industry preferred) OR 7 years experience in home country (Fitout experience Mandatory)
DUTIES:
– Create accurate technical drawings based on engineering designs and specifications.
– Ensure drawings adhere to relevant design standards and guidelines.
– Utilize drafting techniques to produce detailed and precise drawings.
– Translate conceptual ideas and sketches into technical drawings.
– Familiarize oneself with industry-specific design standards and regulations.
– Apply knowledge of design standards to ensure compliance in drawings.
– Proficiently use AutoCAD or other drafting software to create and modify drawings.
– Stay updated on software updates and advancements to optimize drawing processes.
– Pay meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and precision in drawings.
– Maintain consistency in drawing style and formatting throughout projects.
– Communicate effectively with engineers and stakeholders to understand project requirements.
– Collaborate with design teams to integrate drawings seamlessly into project workflows.
– Manage project workflows efficiently to meet deadlines and milestones.
– Organize drawing files and documentation systematically for easy retrieval and reference.
