Current Jobs Vacancies
1) Front Office Executive
The successful candidate will manage the school reception, welcome and assist parents and visitors, handle calls and enquiries, maintain visitor records, coordinate appointments, and provide general administrative support.
2) Parent Relations Executive
The successful candidate will be responsible for building positive relationships with parents, handling enquiries and concerns, coordinating communication with relevant school departments, and supporting parent engagement initiatives.
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification
-Minimum 2 years of experience in customer-facing, front office, parent relations, or administrative role
-Previous experience in a school/education environment is preferred
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
-Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
-Professional, presentable, approachable, and well-organized
-Ability to handle parent enquiries and concerns professionally and sensitively
-Good knowledge of MS Office
-Ability to multitask and work effectively in a busy school environment
-UAE experience is preferred
